  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp dry thandai mix
  • 1 packet guava juice or essence
  • snow


  1. First of all, mix thandai mixture, milk and guava juice together.
  2. Now put some ice cubes in it also.
  3. If you do not want to use ice cubes, then keep it in the refrigerator for some time.
  4. Delicious guava thandai is ready. Serve it chilled.

Almond Flavor Thandai

Almond flavored thandai is one of the most common and people’s favorite thandai. It can be made easily. Besides, it is easily available in the market. You can make it at home with this recipe-


  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel
  • 5-6 black peppers
  • 3/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 teaspoon roasted watermelon or sunflower seeds
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • sugar to taste


  1. First of all mix all the dry ingredients and grind them well.
  2. Now add sugar and some saffron threads to milk and boil it.
  3. When the milk boils well, add thandai powder to it.
  4. Now keep this prepared thandai in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours.
  5. Now add rose sherbet or essence to it and serve it chilled.

Ice Tea Thandai

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tea bag
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • A few strands of saffron


  1. First of all, heat a teabag in hot water.
  2. Now add 1/4 cup almonds, poppy seeds, fennel and cardamom.
  3. After this add black pepper and sugar on top.
  4. Then chill it with lots of ice and strain it before drinking.
  5. Add some saffron strands to it for taste and color.
  6. Delicious Iced Tea Thandai is ready to serve.
