Braj Holi 2024
The program of Braj Rangotsav will start from Sunday and will continue till April 1. Apart from Barsana, Dauji, a unique Holi of its kind will be played in Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Gokul and Nandgaon. To make the joy of Rangotsav more lively, Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad has started preparations.

There will be a special Holi in Barsana
The Tourism Minister said that Laddu Holi will be played at Shreeji Temple in Barsana on Sunday. On the occasion of Phalgun Dashami, Lathmar Holi will be played on March 18 in Barsana and on March 19 at Nand Bhawan in Nandgaon. It is believed that Lord Shri Krishna played Lathmar Holi with Radha Rani and Gopis.
He told that on March 20, colors will be applied in Bihari Ji temple of Vrindavan on Rangbhari Ekadashi. Chhadimar Holi will be played in Gokul on 21st March and Holi of flowers will be played in Banke Bihari temple on the same day. On March 24, on the day of Holika Dahan, Holi will be celebrated at Dwarkadhish temple and a dola will also be taken out till the Holi gate of Chaubey community. Holi festival (Dhulendi) will be celebrated all over Braj on 25th March.
Holi is played with colors made from flowers
On March 26, Holi will be played with colors made of flowers in the temple complex located at Huranga of Dauji in Baldev. In this, women of Panda community throw colors on the boys and then whip them. On this day, there will be Jaab Huranga in Jaab village. Holi will be organized in Gidoh and Baithan on 27th. It will conclude with Chhadi Maar Holi at Purani Mahavan on 31st March and Holi at Shrirang Ji Temple on 1st April.
Tourists from abroad are also coming here
The Tourism Minister said that a large number of tourists come here not only from the country but also from abroad. In such a situation, cultural programs of Holi will be held at various places. Cultural platforms are being created at various places for local artists. About eight crore tourists will come here in the year 2023.
