Bihar Teacher News: School Allotment Dates for All Districts Announced

In a significant update for Bihar teachers recruited through BPSC, the allocation of schools in all districts is set to commence. While some appointments have been finalized, others are currently undergoing verification. The date for the school allotment for new teachers has been revealed.

BPSC Teacher Recruitment Overview

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) conducted the second round of teacher recruitment exams, and the selection process has been completed. The Education Department will now initiate the process of school allotment for the selected teachers in their respective districts.

Bihar School Allotment Dates

The school allotment process will take place through a method called Randomisation to ensure fairness and transparency. The dates for school allotment for different districts are as follows:

  • January 15, 2024: Bhojpur, Nalanda, Sheohar, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai, and Arwal.
  • January 16, 2024: Jehanabad, Buxar, Munger, Khagaria, Jamui, and Saharsa.
  • January 17, 2024: Banka, Araria, Aurangabad, Gopalganj, Sitamarhi, Supaul, and Siwan.
  • January 18, 2024: Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Madhepura, Nawada, Rohtas, and Purnia.
  • January 19, 2024: Patna, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Darbhanga, Samastipur, and West Champaran.
  • January 20, 2024: East Champaran, Kishanganj, Kaimur, Katihar, Madhubani, and Saran.

Importance of Randomisation

Randomisation is a technique utilized in the selection of schools for the selected teachers. This entire process is computerized to minimize manual interventions, reducing the likelihood of bias and ensuring a fair allocation of schools. The Education Department has adopted this method to prevent any allegations of favoritism and uphold the integrity of the school allotment process.
