Making Tulsi tea is also very easy
To make this tea, heat water in a pot. Add tea leaves, 3 to 4 leaves of Tulsi, some black pepper and a piece of cinnamon and cook it. Sugar or jaggery can be added to this tea as per requirement. Once the tea is cooked, add milk to it or filter it and drink it without milk. This tea gives relief to the throat and nose and the problem of cough and cold starts reducing.
