Without mobile, it seems as if their school, tuition and studies have become impossible. In such a situation, there are some foods which can be very helpful in improving their eyesight. So let us know some such things and make them a part of children’s diet from today itself.

1- Carrot

Consumption of carrots is also considered very good to keep the eyes healthy. It is a treasure trove of vitamins and antioxidants. Apart from this, it is also good for the brain health of children. In such a situation, include them in their diet in some form or the other.

2- Sweet potato

Sweet potato is also very effective in improving eyesight. This compensates for the deficiency of Vitamin A and C in the body and reduces the chances of getting glasses. Therefore, feed it to children also.

3- Green leafy vegetables

If your child’s eyes become weak at an early age, then definitely feed him green leafy vegetables, bathua, spinach, fenugreek etc. This fulfills the deficiency of many nutrients.

4- Capsicum

Capsicum should also be included in the diet of children in some form or the other. It can also be eaten by making vegetable or adding it to salad. It is a good source of Vitamin C, which improves the eyesight.
