Shamita Shetty has recently shared her bad experience with Indigo Airlines. She criticized Indigo Airlines and said that the airline removed her luggage and bags from the flight without informing her. She has released a video on Instagram in which she is saying – I am stuck at Chandigarh airport. I traveled from Jaipur to Chandigarh by Indigo Airlines and my bags were removed from the flight without informing me. I have come here for an event. My hairdresser’s bag and my bag were removed from the flight due to some weight-related problems. Shouldn’t I have been informed before doing something like this?

She further added, So IndiGo can dare to do something like this without informing me and expect me to wait for their next flight landing in Chandigarh (which will have my luggage)….. which will come at around 10.30 pm after my program is over. Now I am here….. but the ground staff has no idea what to do or how to help us.
